Our Culture

We hire only the best

If you’re good, we want you! Great teams make great games, and we’re always building the best team.

Expect hard and challenging work

The way we see it, if you’re not doing challenging work, then you’re not moving forward as an individual. Plus, it’s no fun doing what you already know. The fun begins when you’re presented with a problem, and you have to figure out the solution, either on your own, or with the team. Expect to be pushed to your limits to achieve kick-ass, outstanding results.

This however, does not mean overworking. Weekdays are weekdays, and weekends are weekends. We don’t mess with that. The same goes for working hours; when you work, you work, and when you play, you play.

Handholding is not to be expected

No one is going to guide you until your task is complete. It will almost always be a sink or swim situation. At the same time, no one is going to tell you how to do your task.

Beat the Epic Meter

We have an Epic Meter, and if any output of ours aren’t epic enough, we try and try again. We’re always shooting for the best.

Discipline is something we take very seriously

This means you do not be late for work, and you do not take deadlines lightly. Period.

The team is everything to us

This means decisions are made as a team, and we move forward as a team. What it also means is we love and care for each other. What is means for you is your ideas will have weight, and you will have a voice.

We run on passion, and zero-bureaucracy

Sure, we have titles, but in the workplace, titles mean responsibility, not superiority. We firmly believe that bureaucracy ruins creative growth.

It’s a great feeling to wake up and do what you love doing with amazing people. You never know what a day holds at NightMorning.

Dave, CEO
